Don Santo: Condom Ad Not Good for Family Viewing

H.E.M Don Santo today in a statement on twitter he shared his views on the condom advert currently being aired on all Kenyan National Television channels. this was after a section of Kenyans on twitter lashed out at the KFCB C.E.O for raising concerns over the same. The statement read in part, "... that I agree with him (Ezekiel Mutua) on this one. I saw the ad jana at 7pm and switched off the teli mtoi asione. Embarrassing. What a rotten society! We should separate the role of the manufacturer from that of the community."

" I believe the benefits of using a condom should better be left to the family setting. Let fathers take up their role of educating their sons and mothers should do the same to their daughters." He said.

" The law requires that such instructions on how to use, etc, be included in the final package. We're literate. You can't tell me the ad has trained anyone. Those are bad business practices." He added. " That company should be punished for causing disturbance and pollution through pornography. This is Afrika and our culture must be respected and upheld irregardless of the clueless resistance by the devil's agents." He concluded.
